Description
This was a hot and sticky trip to Picnic Island, a coastal area not to far from MacDill airforce base, in Tampa Florida. Because I was so deep in the mangroves there was no breeze at all. If there is no breeze in the marsh areas, then you have sand gnats!! Sand gnats are little biting bugs. It was amazing that the photo came out so well, seeing how I had to hold still to take it, all the while being bitten by the sand gnats!!!! Looking at the photo now, and not remembering the discomfort of the effort, made it worth it. With the photo on my computer I ask my little 4 year old niece what I should call this photo and she said call it "Water Sky", I hope you like it!!!
