Most unusual conditions for Florida as a warm front was moving from south to north. Thick clouds threaten to spoil my sunset photo in Bayport! I had travel a long distance to get this lovely river photo and the last thing I wanted was overcast skies! With the sun getting lower out over the Gulf of Mexico and the clouds moving in, it seem that all was lost. Just as I spotted this log at rivers edge, and was about to give up for the day the clouds parted just enough for a little light to pass through and light up the sky, the river, and the distant palm tree hammock. It was nice to get this lovely photo in the last few min's of the evening! As fast as the clouds opened up to let the light through, they clouds closed again, and the moment was gone. All that was left was the red glow at the horizon. No pun intended but I packed it up and headed for home. Yes I was "Logging Out" for the night!!!!!!
