I have shot this river in many different ways, and at different stages. At the time of this shooting the river was at a very low level so I could walk out on the rocks and take photos. I decided to do this photo in a digital oil painting style. I love the beauty that this digital touch add. The name of the river is the Flint. The location is Albany, Georgia.
