Description
It was a day in paradise on this warm sunny day Feb. 2015! I could not believe the weather was so nice and warm (about 72 degrees), what made it strange was the fact that there was record snow storms in the north east., and on this trip to Bayport, Florida I was hot and being eaten alive by bugs!!! I was working fast and trying to keep the bugs off the lens of my camera. I don't always have this problem because I use bug repellant. But in my rush to get to this location by sunset I for got it at home. There was no wind so it just made things a little uncomfortable. With no wind the reflection on the water was awesome! I love the light on the clouds and palm trees! So in spite of my discomfort with the bugs I have to say that it was a beautiful "Bayou Sunset"!!! How could I complain when I had 70's and up north they had temps of -10!!!

It seems like when I look at your images I often find myself stopping at the first one. The reason is because I don't have to go further to find a really splendid beautiful work of art. This one definitely fills that characteristic, as so much of your artwork continually fulfills that high artistic quality, Marvin! The tones from shadow, to mid tones, to highlights are superb!
