It was the middle of summer when I took this photo, and many people come to Florida to soak up some sun, and get some relaxation time in!!! This person had the right idea! With his chair on the beach this person, was swimming in the gulf just out of the photo. I saw the empty chair and it was screaming "You Should be Here".
