Description
On this spring day, I made a visit to the rapids on the Hillsborough river at it's upper most head waters. At this point the water moves swiftly as it runs though the narrows. One of only a few places I know of to see rapids in Florida. The cool beautiful water looked clean and fresh. I shot this photo as a long exposure, so this made for a wonderful silky look. So silky that it was "Touchable Soft"!!!
