Description
Walking the woods at one of the many parks in my area I spotted this lovely vine growing along the path. After getting home and thinking about the photo, it came to me that it was poison ivy. Well I did not touch it, and I normally don't touch plants in the wild. Good thing I did not touch it. I modified the photo to a more abstract look with texture.

Fabulous treatment Marvin!! Love what you did with this vine - beautiful soft colors and fantastic textures - and yes, thank God you didn't touch it). Great job! L/f!

Cool photo with even cooler digital effects added in post-work, Marvin - L/F, pinning on a couple of my Pinterest boards.

"Leaves of three, stay away from these" is the mantra of those who love to go mingle with the woods! Poison Ivy and Oak and Sumac abound in my yard, Marvin, which is across from the lake! No matter, there are remedies for removing the urushiol oil from your skin or anything that comes in contact with the oil, which causes the itch--Tecnu. I discovered this product while working in AmeriCorps, and it is a life saver! Despite the fact this is Poison Ivy, your capture and post processing together have made for an interesting and aesthetically pleasing combination! I really like the angle you shot the leaves with the source of light shining down upon the leaves, too! FaveL. L/F/FB!
