A single white Egret searches the shoreline of a small pond for food in the fading light of evening. I love to look at the Egrets, I am so fascinated by all the things that they will eat. From fish, small snakes, lizards, frogs, bugs, and just anything else that will go down there throat. This bird stop looking for food because I was getting to close. It is hard to look for food when there is a guy with a camera coming at you!!! I hope you like the "Evening Search". Shot in Lakeland Florida.
