Description
This old "Country Storage Bin" was one of the places famers would place potato's, carats, and dry goods for the house. Layered with straw to protect them. This one was made as a log type structure. On strong tree cross sections placing it about two and a half feet off the ground. Smaller cross sections were used for steps. I have never seen any others like this one. Most of the ones I have seen were always dung into the ground and covered with a wood and tin roof. But again the floor would be layered with straw. Photo was shot in central Florida. Digital painting and textured add.
