The iconic city hall building of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A great gathering location for locals and tourist alike! This is a night photo taken from the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, looking down the Benjamin Franklin Parkway!! I wanted a more artistic flair to this image so I added a painterly affect along with textures. I feel that it makes a nice expression and mood for this majestic building!!!
